Hot Summer

This piece is stunning! The dominant fiery orange/red really gives this piece a hot feel, combined with the paler colours in the middle, and the brilliant yellow! From the colours alone, this is amazing and provides great depth! And yet it gets better! The dry brush strokes and trails left with the black really help accentuate the centre, as if we are looking at a mirage, and the blue is a glimpse of water somewhere in the horizon. Also the slight mixing of colour in places gives this piece even more depth. In my eyes, this is a perfect piece of artwork, and i just love it! It'd be awesome very large scale.
